2006 Centre County Grange Fair Livestock Form

After you complete the form online, print 3 copies of the form and mail them all to the Grange Fair Office (or drop into the blue drop off box located near the Main Gate). All 3 copies of each form are necessary for your registration. No entries will be accepted via e-mail or FAX. Livestock forms are due July 25, 2006. This is 12 days before all the other exhibit entries so it is important to make note of this.
